This is the personal art and design portfolio of Brier Collins in Chicago, Illinois. This policy describes the features operated on this site.

When you get in touch

Contact links open your email app. Nothing is sent until you send the email yourself. Your name, email address, message, and any attachments you choose to send are used to respond and discuss your inquiry. Please do not send sensitive personal information. Email is handled by the email services involved and may be kept for correspondence, project records, and applicable recordkeeping needs.

Optional analytics

Only after you choose “Allow analytics,” the site sends its page path and whether you viewed a page or clicked an email contact link to a first-party counting endpoint. The analytics database stores daily totals, not individual visit records. It does not store IP addresses, visitor IDs, email addresses, query strings, referrers, or message content. These totals do not measure unique visitors. Aggregate totals older than 90 days are removed when new counts are processed.

Cookies and browser storage

The site does not set advertising or analytics cookies. It uses local storage to remember your privacy choice for six months. This preference does not identify you. Choose “Cookie & privacy settings” below to change your choice at any time. Declining keeps optional analytics off. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals also keep optional analytics off.

Hosting and other services

The site is hosted through ChatGPT Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure. Hosting and security providers may process technical information, such as IP addresses and request logs, to deliver and protect the site under their own terms and policies. Email services process messages you send. External websites you choose to visit have their own privacy practices. This portfolio does not use advertising trackers or sell personal information collected through its site features.

Your choices

You can browse without enabling analytics. To ask about, correct, or request deletion of correspondence you have sent, email hello@briercollins.com. Requests are handled subject to applicable obligations and any records that need to be retained. Aggregate analytics have no visitor identifier to look up or remove an individual visit.

Children and updates

This portfolio is intended for a general audience and does not knowingly solicit personal information from children under 13. Contact Brier if you believe a child has sent personal information. Changes to site features may require updates to this policy; the date above shows the latest revision.
