BRIER← THE STUDIO WALL

WEBSITE TERMS / UPDATED OCTOBER 18, 2026

A few ground rules.

These terms apply to your use of the BRIER portfolio, operated by Brier Collins. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.

Look around. Ask before using.

Original artwork, design, writing, and branding belong to Brier Collins unless another owner is identified. Other referenced or vintage materials may have separate owners or rights. Browsing the site does not grant a license to reproduce, sell, publish, alter, or commercially use its contents. Contact Brier for permission or licensing; rights are granted only when expressly agreed. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable law.

Projects and purchases

This site is a portfolio, not an online checkout. Sending an inquiry does not reserve artwork, confirm availability, create a commission, or establish a project agreement. Scope, pricing, payment, deadlines, usage rights, shipping, and cancellations must be confirmed separately in writing before work or a sale proceeds.

Using the site

Please do not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the site, bypass access controls, impersonate another person, or use its contact information for spam. You are responsible for the information you choose to send.

Accuracy and availability

Work, descriptions, and availability may change. The site is provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted or error-free access. To the extent permitted by law, Brier is not responsible for losses resulting from site outages, errors, or third-party websites. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Links, privacy, and changes

External services have their own terms. The privacy policy explains site data practices. These terms may be updated; the revision date appears above. Questions or permission requests can be sent to hello@briercollins.com.
